'The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Our room was basic but clean with a comfortable bed, excellent shower, free WIFI, and small flatscreen TV. Dogs are allowed. The hotel has a parking garage that can be reached by an elevator and is connected to a shopping mall. Free public transportation is offered direct to and from Bern city (~20 minutes). We had a great time and will be back!'

'At around 7-8pm the thermostat becomes locked out and cannot be engaged; I am all for being eco-friendly but it should be our choice whether we sleep with the AC on, not the hotel’s choice.'

'Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das ganze Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet. Ganz herzliche und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Ansonsten hat man seine Ruhe, keine Rezeption, anstatt Schlüssel einen Code. Kein Stress mehr mit Schlüsselsuche. Rundum Restaurants in teilweise sehr ansprechender Lage. Ich war rundum zufrieden'
