« Very pretty cottage. Everything was very clean and up to date. The steps to the upstairs bedroom were a little hard to maneuver for my husband who has back issues, so we slept on the murphy bed, that was very comfortable. We also would have needed to carry the dogs up the steps. The outdoor area was very nice. We were only there for two nights. Wished we had more time to relax and enjoy. The list of things to do and places to eats was also a nice addition. »

« The location was perfect, just a few minutes to various Sunday River lifts and the house is brand new. We loved curling up in front of the gas fireplace at night and also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and fire pit. The host was quick to respond to any questions and we would definitely come back. »

« We went on a family trip in August 2025 and the property couldn't have been better. Easy check in and very clean. Hosts responded right away if there was a question and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. The location was excellent - easy to find and on a big lot which made it a perfect house for kids. Able to play outside, ride bikes on the house lot and the road, which was a cul-de- sac.
