Beautiful unobstructed view (Château de Monbazillac). Quiet and residential area very close to the city center (5 min by car, 15 min walk), and a few meters from the shops.
Lake and guinguette 5 min.
Sarlat is 1h15, Périgueux 45 min.

- 1 bathroom (walk-in shower), bathroom cabinet with double sinks
