'Liked the homely feeling of the cottages. NC was going through a historic heatwave during the time we were there, and Rebecca and Alan went out of their way to get us a few extra table fans to stay cool.'

'Beautiful property with many conveniences of home and absolutely pristine clean facilities. Property is delightful and quiet, a wonderful place to call home while enjoying the winding roads and mountains all around. The only caution I offer is that the fold out bed is probably not suitable for anyone too tall. My husband and I are 5”9’ and 5”8’ respectively and we were quite comfy, but there would not be much more room in the sleeping area for more height. We had a marvelous motorcycle long...

'We have rented for many years. Homes, cabins, etc. This cottage was outstanding. We were perfectly happy with the stay. Very clean. Everything seemed to be new. Privacy fence around the entire backyard, which was great for us as well as the dog. Near enough to downtown but approx. 3/4 mile or more to walk. All level walking area, but the heat can take its toll. There is plenty of parking in town, so if walking is an issue I suggest the short drive. The owners of the cottage were available at all...

'We really loved the entire look and feel of the property!! Wow just quiet and secluded enough we didn’t want leave!! Walking to downtown Black mountain was “ alittle” tricky…. But we would come back in a min and recommend to friends!!!!'
