« I stayed one night with my wife in order to celebrate our anniversary. Do not pay any attention to the negative reviews. This hotel is quite literally flawless. The setting is unparalleled, the hotel itself is well kept, clean, and new. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is helpful/friendly. The amenities are top notch. There isn’t a better hotel anywhere in NWA. »

« We really enjoyed the property! The rooms were nice and clean. House keeping really works hard! The rooms were well done. We did experience a problem with the air conditioner, and was treated very well by the staff. They were not able to fix it immediately, so they upgraded us to another room. The pool was not open in 100 degrees, and that was disappointing. But, other than that we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it to w. »

"Cela fait deux hotels du groupe Whyndam en deux jours ou je passe une tres mauvaise nuit. Je me suis fait avoir par la nite sur hotels.com qui semblait tres convenable. La chambre etait en tres mauvaise etat et etait sale. Tapisserie qui se decroche, la ventilation de la salle bain qui se déclenchait avec la lumiÚre ainsi que la climatisation faisaient tellement de bruit que je n'ai pas pu les utiliser. Etat de propreté de la chambre inacceptable. Voir photos ci-joint. Je serais reconnaissant si vous faites un geste commercial suite à ces nuits "
