Villa Katarina, 370 m2 in size, has 4 bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms and a surrounding garden of 1020 m2 with a large private swimming pool with deckchairs, terrace with garden furniture, summer kitchen and a children's playground with a trampoline and table tennis. The villa is fully air-conditioned, and there is a hot tub on the roof terrace, so you can enjoy the view of beautiful nature with a glass of your favorite drink.
