VILLA WITH PANORAMIC SEA VIEWS SLEEPS UP TO 6 PERSONS

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, lies “Vista Ifach”. It is south facing, modern yet charming villa with stunning panoramic sea views and, in particular Peñon de Ifach (Calpe Rock). The villa is less than a mile from the sea. It can accommodate up to six adults and has a private pool surrounded by a large terrace, with two additional raised terraces overlooking the pool. The villa is 198 m² all on one level with the exception of one bedroom. Access to the villa is via six steps from the driveway and adjacent to a covered carport. Parking on the villa grounds can accommodate four cars. The garden is well maintained and contains roses, orange and lemon trees and a large old olive tree. The picturesque village of Moraira is just a few minutes away by car with over 180 bars and restaurants, entertainment, shops, supermarkets and a Friday Morning outdoor market

On entering the villa to the right and up a few steps is a dual aspect bedroom with a view of the sea. To the left of the entrance is a hallway with two additional bedrooms, one with twin beds. Marble floors throughout the villa keep the temperature down during the hot summer months. The villa has two bathrooms, one at the entrance and the second at the end of the hallway. The large family bathroom has a modern walk in shower, a bath tub with shower, a wash basin, a bidet, and WC. The smaller bathroom has a walk in shower, a wash basin and WC.

The main lounge has a large wood burner and two couches. An archway separates it from the dining room which comprises of a circular glass table with six chairs. Adjacent to the dining room is a fully fitted kitchen. Between the lounge and the pool terrace is a sun room with an 'L' shaped couch and additional glass topped dining table. The pool and terraces are accessed through the sun room (one step). Kidney shaped pool 8.5m x 4.5m x 1.5m with semi-circular steps for easy access. A Gazebo next to the pool has a dining table with six chairs. In addition there are six sun lounges and a privacy hedge.
A spiral staircase leads up to the roof top terrace which affords a panoramic view of the sea and the Calpe Rock. A staircase leads to a glassed in raised terrace with weatherproof chairs and a couch for morning coffee/tea and evening sun downers.

At the rear of the villa lies a beautiful open naya with seating for both dining and relaxing. The naya is conveniently close to the brick charcoal barbecue, with counter top and sink. Also next to the barbecue is a small terrace with a dining table with six chairs and an umbrella. Altogether there are four venues for dining.

Wifi is provided gratis and the lounge has a TV with Spanish TV, some English channels and a DVD player.
