Verwachtingen niet kunnen waarmaken.
Prachtig ontworpen park maar echt aan renovatie toe. Kamers zijn uitgewoond. Personeel is, op een aantal na, zeer ongemotiveerd. Eten was zeer goed en ontbijt is heerlijk. Ligging van het park is prachtig en erg gunstig. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is volledig zoek.

Bijzonder sfeervol hotel in een prachtige omgeving
Prima hotel. Vooral de ligging en het hele complex met al zijn zwembaden en wellness faciliteiten spraken ons erg aan. Goede en uitgebreide ontbijt- en lunch buffetten. Het restaurant valt voor zo'n mooi hotel een beetje uit de toon. Redelijke keuken, maar verder weinig sfeer. Bij de zwembaden was weinig capaciteit om iets te drinken of te eten.

Mooi hotel, echter als je wat beter kijkt is is het niet echt heel schoon, groot nadeel zijn alle katten die om je heen zwerven tijdens het eten , jammer !

Zeer goed hotel, bedden zijn wel wat spannen omdat ze niet op een rem staan, maar wel op wielen. Kaart van het restaurant niet overdreven uitbundig. Rest perfect.

GEACHTE HEER OF MEVROUW, het hotel is top een zeer goede service niets is teveel heel schoon alles zeer goed verzorgd onbijt ,lunch ,drankjes etc etc . wij zijn hee lveel gewend en dit hadden we eerlijk gezegd niet verwacht zonder meer een 10 . we zitten zelf in de Horeca dus we weten waar we over praten . met vriendelijke groet Frans Boddeke en Carmel Wilson

Hotel was very clean and looks spectacular. We stayed out of season so was very quiet with not all restaurants open during our time there. Taxi into town around 15 minutes so not the end of the world. Only negative was finding out where everything is, very large hotel with not the greatest signposting.

No es un espacio para el descanso vacacional
Es un hotel que no tiene en cuenta la experiencia del cliente. Tienen una gestión de toallas y experiencia de la piscina incompatible con el relax y el descanso. En todas las piscinas, no hay un ricón de tranquilidad. Cuando no hay musica de Disco hay animadores con el volumen al 200%. En este hotel no ha evaluado el descanso. Instalaciones antiguas. Bañera inaccesible.

En général c’était super ! L’appartement n’était pas aligné avec l’extérieur et le cadre, cadre chic, beau même exceptionnel. L’appartement était en très mauvais état, nécessité de faire de gros travaux de rénovation. Pas de brosse pour nettoyer les wc, pommeau de douche cassé, support baignoire dangereux, baignoire ancienne, luminaires chambre cassés, structure portes/fenêtre abîmée, un 5 étoiles pour l’extérieur et un 2 étoile pour la chambre Le personnel très accueillant, très gentil,l’animation très forte, spectacles bien organisés , par contre ne parlent pas français, absolument anglais et Espagnol nécessaire pour pouvoir se débrouiller

Had to wait more than 30 minutes to check in even though it was only one family ahead of us. Not clean. Cockroaches all over the stairs wich was disgusting. Loud. Noice at breakfast was terrible. Nice pools. Nive room but no views even though the room was very very expensive.

Foi nos dado um quarto no piso 1, realmente o quarto é bom, mas tem cheiro a esgoto na casa de banho e em todo o percurso dos elevadores ate ao quarto com o mesmo cheiro , tirando isso o resort é estupendo, aconselho, mas nao aceitem o piso 1.

Excellent for a few of days of golf & relaxation
The hotel is really stunning and the views from the rooms, over the golf course to the sea are lovely. It is great stay for a few days of golf and spa/dining. We had half board and the buffet selection in the evening can be a bit repetitive. We had a strange smell in the bathroom which suggests the pipework might need an upgrade but otherwise the hotel is to be thoroughly recommended. Beds are super-comfy, befitting a 5* hotel. Pools are magnificent but the two best ones are too cold to be used in the winter months.

Great venue and lovely pools.
Stayed here for 4 nights in August 21. Lovely venue, the pools were absolutely brilliant. I have my 8yr old Son with me who loved the pools. We had breakfast on site at the buffet and this again was excellent. We upgraded to a Junior Suite and expected a really nice room but it was quite disappointing. The view was a tree. That’s it! I asked to be moved (I was happy to upgrade even further) but was told that the hotel was full - even though it seemed not to be. Anyway, you’ll need a car to get around anywhere as it’s about 4km from actual Benidorm. Plenty of parking but it’s a few hundred Meters from the hotel entrance so it’s a little tricky to unload and reload your luggage. They do suffer from the ‘reserved sun beds’ like some other places. There are loads and loads of sunbeds but everyone seem to get poolside really early to place their towels on them to reserve them. Almost all beds were reserved and I saw people coming poolside late afternoon when they’d not been there all day. I think this needs addressing by the hotel. Apart from that it’s a nice place. Some of the reception staff were excellent and some, not so. The evening entertainment is in Spanish as is the Kids club. My Son stayed with me all day so that didn’t impact him.

Fabulous but could be even better
Everything was fabulous in the hotel. Staff is friendly and the place is amazing except for small details like the application they use to review the program or order dental kit or other which are not optimal. Not able to check the status of dental kit order or check the status of your restaurant booking. When they are making up the room they don't really clean around, they just change the towels and make the bed but no cleaning. And biggest issue we had with them is that they refuse to refund us a stay we booked in their hotel which happened to be during lockdown.
