Dear Nicholas,First of all thank you for sharing your recent experience at our hotel with other travellers.We are very happy that you were able to enjoy the wonderful views from our rooftop Selvático, you commented that you never saw the dj or the saxophone, maybe they did not coincide the day of their performance. Our saxophonist partner comes every Friday evening from 20hrs, and our dj is every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 19:30 hrs. In your words you commented that you found the price of the car park excessive, we regret that you consider it so, the rate is fixed after a study of the rest of the hoteliers, and we were even cheaper than the car park in front of the Hotel. We consider your words to be part of our continuous improvement plan. Regarding your comments about the room service, all our guests are informed of the room service schedule, as they have all the information in the room, as well as the products available for this room service. Vi är glada att du också njöt av vår pool på marknivå och att det alltid fanns solstolar tillgängliga för dig. Takpoolen och takbaren låter som wow-upplevelser!Vi är glada att du tyckte att frukosten var superb. Det är också bra att höra att kvällsmaten var helt okej till det priset, när ni inte orkade ge er ut i stan. Vi tar även i beaktning din kommentar om rökning vid poolen och vi ska undersöka om vi kan införa några förbättringar i det avseendet.Att hotellet ligger mitt i city innebär naturligtvis att det kan vara lite mer ljud än vad vissa personer är känsliga för. Men det är bra att du märkte att när balkongdörrarna var stängda var det tyst och att luftkonditioneringen fungerade perfekt. Dessutom verkar hotellets läge vara bekvämt med en kort promenad på knappt 5 minuter ner till havet och shopping- och restauranggatorna.Vi noterar också din kommentar om att hotellet inte är lämpligt för barn.
