Really friendly staff and service. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast at the trinity restaurant was sub-par, infact one of the days they served spoilt food. I have stayed at The Taj in other locations and this one in Bangalore needs to do a lot of improvement particularly with "food" and noise for the guests.

Excellent customer service, All staff were always ready to help. To name some Ningaraju in concierge went out of way to provide transport for our day trips as well as pick up and drop off to the airport. Our driver Nirmal was excellent and knowledgeable.Anshu provided excellent service during our morning buffet. She was very helpful. As well as Taj rep Vellu at the airport made our departure at the airport was very helpful and organised our departure smoothly and promptly. I will recommend visitors visiting Bengaluru to Taj MG Road- excellent facilities and makes your stay enjoyable. Great buffet breakfast.

We had an amazing stay at the Taj hotel. While the rooms are smaller compared to other 5-star hotels, the customer service is top-notch; they ensure your stay is comfortable. The breakfast buffet was average, but the quality of the products in the buffet and in the rooms is top-notch. The location is also very convenient, with everything close by. Overall, we stayed for a total of four nights.

Check in experience was bad.. once you enter inside there is nobody to assist you, you can't find staff and empty seats at service desks... this was something I never experienced anywhere else. Rooms were neat, but still dust can be noticed on the tables etc. Spacious, Good bed, comfy bathrooms. Restaurant when we went to dine was a total mess, we were abandoned for so long and later got some help from one lady, people were standing and eating which makes others uncomfortable in walking and accessing items.. not sure there was some corporate event or something and they had a bulk booking and people like us who also have a reservation is ignored... food was ok, not too much items, but taste was good for non veg dishes, veg items were not that good when compared...

Good location, good food, Very quiet after the recent upgrade from Vivanta to Taj. I was worried about the road noise, but the room had double glazed windows and there was no noise at all.

I had booked lake view room. When I checked in I found out that I was not placed in a lake view room. When I complasined they said they have no rooms with lake view available. So I unpacked and 30 minutes later they called to let me know that they have found a lake view room and i can move there. Very inconvenient once unpacked. Not like Taj I am used to in the past.

Check in was smooth and everyone was very welcoming. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and updated with multiple USB charging ports to charge foreign devices without and adaptor. Overall, excellent hotel!

Service at Taj is par-excellence. Staff is super friendly and helpful. If you like the center of the time stay, this is very convenient on MG Rd - center of the town. Food at Taj is always good. I used Spa and the person was well trained on Indian stye massage.
