'Having my own parking spot was a big plus* The outside getting to the suite is unattractive and was very disappointing. Pass code to enter, super easy but the slight scent of weed going up the stairs was a bit of a dud. Once inside the suite, I absolutely loved it. It reminded me of my first apartment. 'The apartment is beautiful with the most attention to detail. We walked each night to the water/restaurants in Newburgh. Communication was quick and timely. We would love to stay here again. The area can get loud at times but we didn't feel unsafe.'

'The studio is a dream. I really don't like staying in short term rentals; I prefer the cleanliness, functionality and professionalism of hotels. THIS rental has ALL of that with the personal charm and comforts of a very well appointed and well designed home. If every short term could be like this I would never stay at a hotel again. Do yourself a favor and look no further. This is a great choice.'
