This location is a real gem, except:
A.) The staff are unmotivated REI anarchist hipster, white kids, and it shows. Service is slow, lazy, and half-assed.
B.) Cleanliness is questionable. I’m pretty sure my linens weren’t clean.
Needless to say, staff knew I was there and ready to check in at 4:00 PM. They didn’t bother telling the cleaning crew, who was already behind. Instead of prioritizing my unit, they kept cleaning other rooms, even though I was standing there waiting at the contracted check-in time.
They didn’t even enter my room until 4:20, then took another 20 minutes to clean it. That’s a 40-minute delay.
They broke the agreement. I paid for access at 4. I didn’t get it. That’s breach of contract.
