It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and another with a double and a single bed (sleeps three). Both include wardrobes and reverse-cycle air conditioning (heating/cooling), matching the living area. Best of all, each bedroom opens directly onto its own furnished terrace with a table and chairs, offering sea views to the front and mountain views to the back.

The living area includes a sofa, TV, and dining table, flowing into an open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, and full cookware essentials.

The spacious bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and washing machine.

3. Amenities and Shared Areas
Inside the apartment: reverse-cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling) in both bedrooms and the living room, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

Key handover is in person from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. We will meet you on arrival, show you how everything works, and answer any questions face-to-face. For check-ins after 11:00 PM, keys will be left in a secure lockbox.

Throughout your stay, we remain available via chat in both English and Spanish—before, during, and after your visit.

5. Other Details to Note
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a villa and is accessible strictly by stairs. There is no elevator,making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility or difficulty climbing stairs.

The villa has a single main entrance gate shared with the owners, who live on the ground floor. The apartment itself is entirely self-contained and private.

No smoking inside the apartment (smoking is permitted on the terraces). No pets and no parties or events. A baby crib/cot is not available.
