This apartment has television, air conditioning, a spacious living room with terrace and double sofa bed, a large double bedroom with sea view and is fully equipped with wifi, towels, crockery, etc.



The official capacity of the apartment is 3 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of 4, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.

Gym: It is a private facility and applies its rates. Benalcoast Properties has no access to discounts or any special treatment. Please consult directly with the responsible company.



We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.



The Benal beach is a well-known complex right in front of the beach and next to Paloma park. You will have full access to the 5 community pools, the Pool Bar and the gym.



CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.



POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°).



The opening hours of swimming pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, and we cannot accept claims for this reason or for the closure of the pools.

Identity document images and selfies will be deleted the day after arrival. All customers must register to comply with local legislation. You will receive a message with a secure link, one week before your arrival, to register safely online. If you have not received it, please inform us as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.



In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to offer you a peaceful and worry-free experience.
