Villa's in Belvedere Marittimo

'Haus geräumig. Terasse geräumig. Objekt sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer erfolgte nur über Whatsapp. Persönlich haben wir ihn nicht kennen gelernt. Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Haushalt knapp ausgestattet. Bei Ankunft gab es weder Wasser noch Seife oder Toilettenpapier. Auch Müllbeutel muss man erst selbst besorgen. Zum Meer nur mit dem Auto empfehlenswert. Ausblick wunderschön. Ruhe bekommt man nur, wenn auch die Nachbarn ruhig simd. Unsere waren mit 3 Kindern da und haben bis 2 Uhr Nachts...

'We enjoyed our stay very much. In the beginning of our trip we noticed no pizza shuffle and not enough glasses. One question and the manager arranged to get it next day. There were some problems with city water. They switched the house on a well of 400m deep. No water problems anymore. Conclusion: great service and great house'

'Piero's beautiful villa was everything and more we dreamed of. He was such a gracious host willing to help us with anything. We noticed the pool pump had gone out and within 24 hours on a Sunday he had it replaced and working again. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away and still be close to local businesses and restaurants. I cannot say enough about what an amazing time we had and how incredible the villa and the views were.'

Da quello che è stato detto e visto dalle foto l'alloggio doveva essere a piano terra, invece al nostro arrivo dopo averci mostrato il bellissimo giardino con piscina ci hanno portato giù per la rampa (quella che sarebbe per andare in garage) dove è stato fatto un miniappartamento con tutti i servizi, il primo impatto molto angosciante è stato il...

'Eine schöne Villa mit schönem Garten.Wir haben viele schöne Stunden mit den Kindern und Enkeln ( 1-5 Jahre) auf der Terasse verbracht. Das Meer war direkt hinterm Haus.Einfach herrlich . Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergang pur. Die Ausstattung war gut. Die Waschmaschine war Gold wert. Spart viele Kilos Gepäck.Auch sonst gab es viele sportliche Möglichkeiten ( Tischtennis, Kanu..) und auch ein Grill. Super!An den Bädern könnte mal was gemacht werden.'

'Welcomed by Anna and her husband, who picked me up at the train station, when I arrived in Guardia Piemontese. The house was lovely, immaculate with everything you needed for a longer stay. Has a lovely back yard, lovely garden and outdoor shower. My stay was very relaxing due it’s country atmosphere. 'A house with the garden right at the beach. Just open the gate and you are there. A perfect and unique beach holly day spot!! ( no plastic) We stayed there from 1 until 10 July, with 5 persons and loved it. Only Italian families on the beach and it seemed that we were the only foreigners.
