« Our second stay here and this time during a very busy weekend with basketball tournaments in Greenville. Lobby staff was more than accommodating and kind while we changed our reservation. Beds are comfy and everything is very well kept. Is definitely on a top list of places to stay! »

« We were told checkout was 11am but that didn’t stop the cleaning lady from kicking our door open at 8:30am on a Tuesday “just to see if anyone was still in the room.” She did it a second time an hour later, just as my daughter was preparing to get into the shower. I yelled at cleaning lady to stop entering our room, and she said “the door was already open” while giving me a dirty look, then slammed the door shut. Ridiculous behavior, we won’t stay here a second time. »

« This was my first stay in a pet friendly hotel so maybe this is average but the room stank of dogs no matter how much air freshener I sprayed. Also not enough towels, not enough pillows, no coffee to be found in the room or the lobby, loud all night just from average activities (normal convo, doors opening etc)-overall kind of disappointing but at least it was convenient and it’s a newer building. »
