'Stayed two night as we were there for a family reunion. It was just me and my son, but would be perfect for large families and ppl with little ones. They had a lot that we just didn’t use. The property is nice and quiet, if I had any negatives it would be they are not the most comfortable beds, other than that, excellent for the price.'

'This is a cute little place with plenty of space. Much more comfortable than a hotel room. Only takes about 15 minutes to drive to Martins Ferry and Wheeling. My son enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the barges on the river. Loved having a good k-cup coffee maker available. I also greatly appreciated the washer and dryer that allowed me to wash up our laundry the night before we left so that I didn't have a bunch of laundry to do when we got home. 'Had great communication with property owner prior to the stay up today of check-in. House was very comfortable inside and and front porch allowed for leisurely sitting. Backyard was spacious and allowed for large group gatherings . All necessities included, the house is a great gathering spot.'

The basement offers a great place to end the day with various games for our family to have friendly competition.
