« Overall the hotel needs a good cleaning. Our room was acceptable, but the halls and elevators were dirty. The heater/cooler in our room was working, but the buttons were all crunched, there was no way to tell if the buttons I pushed were working. We fiddled with it in our room for 2 hours freezing. The front desk offered us a new room, but just then our friend came in and figured it out. The breakfast was average. »

« I know someone new bought the Inn on Ferry St, but that doesn't excuse the extremely dusty condition of my room, or the lack of any type of window shade to block the sun out. I've stayed at the Inn several times before COVID, and this new owner may want to restore some of the amenities that made staying at the Inn feel more home-like with breakfast for example. I checked in when it was raining and the clerk didn't offer any assistance on getting to my room that was outside and two buildings...

« All of the staff were encountered were so kind! The front desk clerk pushed a wheel chair bound guest to their room, another staff member volunteered to get ice for a guest, little things that make a difference! Hotel was also immaculate and housekeeping was very nice as well!!!! »
