'Overall the stay was good, but I have some critical points. On the website it says they have laundry facilities. I went to the desk and asked where the room was to do laundry and was told they DON’T have a laundry room, but I was told I could go across the street and do my laundry at a laundromat. The laundry facilities was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, and I feel it’s not fair to advertise you have laundry facilities when you really don’t. Then there’s an issue with the towels....

'The drive way to the motel is hard to find and has potholes in it. The room was clean, although the blanket on the bed had a burn hole in it and the sheet was worn very thin. The refrigerator worked fine, along with the air conditioner and microwave. There were no safety bars for the bathtub/shower. It was very quiet and staff was friendly. Breakfast was minimal and not diabetic friendly.'

'We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be the stairway is steep and a little scary going downstairs wirh anything in your hands. Overall, we had a great stay, ans would definitely stay again. '

'We were very pleased with our overnight stop in Ionia and the Super 8. Check-in was quick with a friendly person, our room was clean and cold (which was welcomed because of the heat outside). The property was near the highway we were using for our trip, and the town had everything we could ask for. There is a large gas station next door, which was convenient as we arrived late and I needed Advil.'

'First time actually “staying” at the Winter Inn. The accommodations were great for the money. Staff was very nice and helpful. Couldn’t rave more about them, with exception of one of the bartenders, who was not very welcoming or friendly. Would definitely stay again!'

'Check in was incredibly easy and the staff member at the front desk (wish I could recall his name) was super organized and friendly. Hotel is in excellent condition with beautiful lobby and pool. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was great with lots of choices. Would recommend staying here if you are in that area.'
