Between the wonderful beach of Sa Riera and the picturesque cove of Sa Tuna, lies the quiet area of ​​Ses Negres. There is Villa Pollo. A little more than ten minutes on foot we are located in the small cove of Aiguafreda and five minutes more walk, through the well-known Camí de Ronda, we are in the well-known cove of Sa Tuna.

On entering, there is the large living room with access to the sunny terrace. Next to the living room is the kitchen, which is fully equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.

In the upper level are the rooms distributed as follows:

One bedroom suite with double bed. Bathroom with bath and access to the terrace with sea views.

One bedroom with double bed.

A room with two single beds.

In addition, the house has a further bathroom and a toilet. Also note that there is space to park the car.

Water consumption will be controlled due to water restrictions approved by the Drought Decree.
