'Easy access using codes which was nice. Room could have been cleaner…shower head, which is draped over the faucet, had been used as a bidet and let’s just say it must have been right up in there as there was feces on it. Suggest staff cleans that area a bit better.'

'Building and room access via codes, sent via WhatsApp on the day of arrival. The apartment could have been provided with a kettle. There was no ventilation (working) so the apartment was hot and stuffy, which did not help sleeping, in addition the mattress on the double bed was very uncomfortable. Good location but let down by the shortcomings above.'
