'This is a good hotel with a very helpful front desk and staff. The only minor issues are that it looks to be an older property, with smaller rooms. The bathroom light will also go out about 8 minutes into your shower. Just use the switch instead of the motion light if you don't want to keep waving your arms. The rooms have a lot of charging ports, which is very convenient. What really makes this hotel stand out is the restaurant downstairs, Canzonetta, which is one of the nicer ones associated...

'1. Room 103, had nor room darkening shades. Did not discover this until going to bed which was late. Reported to staff in morning. 2. East Parking lot security accessed side door would not close and therefore provided no protection for the guests and staff. Reported to front desk, they dais they were trying to get it repaired.'

'The room was terrible and not properly cleaned! Towels were stained with hair on several of them as well as the wash clothes! The toilet was severely stained inside the toilet bowl. The tub was stained as well as paint peeling in the inside of the tub! The sink water took over 5 minutes to get warm! The towel holder was dirty and dusty! The remote to the TV was dirty, sticky, and stained, i didn't even touch it! The fridge and microwave was dirty inside and out! This was the most terrible...

'Room was very outdated lighting in the bathroom is horrible,no vent in bathroom to suck the steam out when ur getting a shower, floors in the whole room felt dirty like they wasn't mopped , mattress was very hard'

'Where do I start? The maintenance crew would be where to start. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the sink faucet was very loose and moving around, the toilet was running, but my husband fixed that. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles provided. '

'Very clean and beautiful hotel. The rooms are elegant with cozy furniture and bedding and great views! I had a golf view room, and enjoyed visiting the courtyard and sitting by the lake. Would highly recommend staying here; it’s safe and friendly for solo travelers and in a great location near the freeway and lots of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. My only gripe was that the hotel tried to charge me for market items (snacks + a bottle of wine) when I hadn’t ordered any.
