'Had a very pleasant week at “Sun and Ski” in early August! The host was very responsive, check-in was very easy, and the home was in very tidy and clean condition upon arrival. The house is well stocked with linens and other needs, including spices and kitchen-ware, coffeemakers for both ground coffee and K-cups. 'You cannot find a better location! So close to the most amazing hiking in Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Park, and also the quaint town of New Paltz. The house itself is clean, comfortable and very private. Great deck. It has everything you need for a great stay. Would definitely rent it again. The host also was super accessible when I had a question about the AC.'
