'Was not certain if the roof had issues or not. Tarp material still on it. There is an electrical issue with the microwave. It is on the same circuit as the living room with the "fireplace" under the TV. You cannot have all these devices running at the same time or the circuit will trip. Microwave should be on a circuit by itself. Bathroom doors are hard to open and close. Master bath sink runs slow. The living room and dining areas have been updated and are nice. Garage door needs some work....

'The property was nice and clean. The living area was large and the bedrooms were decent. The location was a little busy and there was a four way stop with flashing red lights one building away. There is also a fantastic ice cream store next door. The unit is on the second floor. The stairs were not in the greatest shape. They had several nail pops and some unevenness. 'Looks clean ad first sight. Floor and microwave table were sticky. Big room but was also used as a shed? Dirty table in it, clean it or remove it. Very big old refrigirator was leaking water. 'Heel ruim en comfortabel verblijf in Port Richey. We waren met 2 dus voldoende plaats in dit huis waar 6 personen kunnen slapen. Het huis is voorzien van alle comfort, inclusief terras dat in de namiddag heerlijk in de zon ligt.
