'Amazing staff, good location, easy to get to highways beaches and fun. I had a problem with the Plumbing the first night I was there. They had the plumbers in the next morning and fixed it right away.(the toilet ran after being flushed, no floods or anything like that.) I had a television problem they replaced the television in the room the next day. The staff was so accommodating and so helpful and so sweet. I’ve stayed there many times before and will continue to do so.'

'Once of the best hotels during our trip. Good location, perfect staff, free hot beverages and nice rooms. However the most expensive hotel we've booked and there were all similar in style. Excelent staff in the front desk. '

'This resort was nice. It's definitely more of an updated motel than a "resort" but that's what we were expecting from the pictures. It is an absolute must that you stay on the pool side if you have children because of the noise from the restaurant on that side. The pool was really nice and very warm and the hot tub was a great addition! I didn't love the fact you don't automatically get new sheets and towels everyday but other than that we had a great time . The location was perfect! '

'This place is very cute and the front desk staff is amazing and attentive. Easy to find and check in. Pool is clean and it’s nice having towels provided. All beach supplies provided as well which was amazing! Newly remodeled but a few things I would suggest to make it even better. Our faucet was very loose in the kitchen. The coffee creamers provided were curdled but the desk quickly brought us new. No TVs in bedrooms which was a bummer when it was raining. Also no mirror in the master bedroom,...

'Site photos far ourweigh the actual status. Not a deluxe property as claimed. Furniture and cabinetry in room were in poor condition and in several places, masking tape was used to secure loose laminate. Nothing matched in the kitchenette. Dishware looked as if purchased separately at Goodwill store (which actually might have better stuff). Electric stove only had three functioning burners. Painted walls were scuffed and not repaired. 'Sits on a main road. The over all area, Venice is nice. The property was pretty bad. The room was tiny, dirty, stained sheets and smelled like urine. This place is gross!'

'No ocean or beach view. The mini fridge was actually a wine fridge. The room was very clean, cute and comfortable. All my interactions were via text, even checking in, which to me was great! I would absolutely stay there again. There was a very short walk to the beach. '
