The Space:

Monteleone 2 by Tiny Away, located in Battipaglia, is just 17 minutes from Arechi, home to the famous Arechi Castle—a majestic medieval fortress overlooking Salerno, offering breathtaking views and a glimpse into Lombard history.



Nestled an hour from the historic charm of Naples, Monteleone X offers both relaxation and convenience. Craving a delicious meal? Cosa nostra Braceria, known for its expertly grilled meats, is just 8 minutes away.



This tiny house Italia getaway is a 252-square-foot tiny home featuring an open rectangular area, nestled at the edge of an olive grove. It offers easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (electric-heated for hot showers). There are two tiny houses on the property.

Want to harvest and get your own olive oil from trees to bottles? We offer guests to collaborate with us this October until December. You'll have hands-on experience with farmlife with a high quality olive oil that you can bring home after your stay in our holiday homes.



Experience the full journey of olive oil making, from tree to mill to your own bottle. You’re welcome to document the process, share it with your family, and take home your very own oil at just €4 per litre.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the tiny house and can explore up to the edge of the property.



Preorders available with 24 hrs notice:



- Fire pit available for €5 per night.

- Firewood available for €3 per box.

- Pet cage available for rent is €20 per pet, per day.

- Fruit juices (such as orange or lemon juice): €2 per person.

- Jam-making workshop for €25 per person, with jams available to purchase separately.

- Breakfast is available daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM at €7 per person. Payment for the add-ons must be paid to host in cash only.



- You can collect produce from our garden and cook Italian dishes for you. Please contact the land host 24 hours in advance.

- In our garden this September: courgette flowers, courgettes, salads, cabbages, fennel and tomatoes. There are also chickens, geese, and mushrooms available in our garden from September until December.

Monteleone 2 by Tiny Away is nestled in the charming town of Battipaglia, in the province of Salerno, Italy. Surrounded by rich farmland and a vibrant food culture, our tiny houses offer a cozy and sustainable escape — the perfect base for exploring Salerno, the Amalfi Coast, and Cilento.



Discover local landmarks like Santuario Santa Maria della Speranza, the Castelluccio castle ruins, and the Porta di Ferro site. Visit Tenuta Doria, a scenic farm and wildlife area, or catch local events at Stadio Comunale Luigi Pastena.



Venture further to explore the Paestum and Pompeii Archaeological Parks, admire Naples for its history and museums, or hike through Vesuvius National Park for breathtaking views of the volcano.

By car:



- 17 mins drive from Arechi

- 19 mins drive from Salerno

- 56 mins drive from the city, Naples



All accessible by 2WD.



By public transportation: No public transport available. You can either travel by bicycle or taxi.



Other Things to Note:

- BBQ grill is available.

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- No smoking inside, except in designated areas

- Mobile reception has good signal for Vodafone, Orange S.A, Telefonica S.A., Wind

- We would like to advise guests that longer check-outs will incur an additional charge.

- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.



Important note:



- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
