'We love this resort for the last 15 years. Everything is so beautiful there and the spa is a once in a lifetime experience. On our last stay we were disappointed to always be redirected to different departments for help. We eventually insisted that staff pick up their phones and request help instead of outsourcing us and making us walk everywhere for simple requests.'

Main pool is “quiet hours” from 8 am to 10 pm, with a separate family pool — would have been nice to enjoy the main pool (with ocean view) with the family for some portion of the day at least. 'The Legoland Experience was FANTASTIC! Worth the expense of the trip and staying at the hotel itself is nearly a MUST! If you have kids under 11-ish, this is a must-do, in our opinion. Loved every moment of it! Thank you Legoland!!'

'If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with not a lot of people and kids running around (besides the train every now and then during the day. lol) This is it. It’s a cute intimate staycation. The massage I got for my husband he loved and the footsoak in the garden with wine and cheese board was perfect. I even fell asleep in the garden waiting for my husband to finish his massage. The staff are super attentive and make you feel so welcomed. We satyed in the sage room and slept like babies....
