Great location with coffeeshop, supermarket and massaging parlour just below the hotel. Short distance to malls like Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Grand Batam mall. However corridors are facing a large drain which may not be pleasant smelling at times. Rooms are clean and massive, with Disney and Netflix on the TV. Service from the staff is great and warm. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you.

1st time going to Batam and stayed in this hotel. Food is very accessible with a wide range available just at the ground floor. Convenient supermarket and dessert shop are available too. Room is big and I liked them with Balcony. Environment is clean and staff is very polite

Regarding the fridge, it's been our standard for favehotels that we do not prepare fridge in rooms. However, we will take this as something to be improved and will figure out how we can meet your expectation.Regarding the wifi, we will evaluate and make sure will keep improve it. We have done to give a refreshment training to our Team and keepmaintaining excellent service for all of our guests.Also, for the Hotel location, our location is in the nerve center of Batam so it is near to anywhere. Its walking distance to Nagoya Hill mall and only take 5 minutes by car to Grand Mall Batam, 10 minutes to Harbour bay Ferry Terminal and 30 minutes to Hang Nadim International Airport. We can easily order gocar or grab, and we will always be available if you need our assistance. I would appreciate another chance to welcome you again in the future. Best Regards,Management

There's no fridge in the room, n the tissues paper is normal long type but was put into a smaller square tissue box, this became very difficult to take out the tissue and the corridor is open concept which feel dangerous like people can climb in. Nothing surrounding the location and it's inconvenient as the new market NTC has closed down
