No one will get this to your room, You have to fetch the missing stuff by yourself. We had only dishes for 2, sheets and pillows for 2, no toaster. « If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!! »

I ask the front desk for refund and showed him the pictures he turn his back and screamed NO REFUND AVOID ATT ALL COST DANGEROUS HOTEL.
