'Terrible place, claim to have 2 reastaurants, they dont. Food can be ordered at the lobby, and is delivered by a take away restaurant. The food is placed on a plate and thats it.. At 3x the price from the take away. There are a few tables and chairs in the lobby where you can eat. Its a joke. The shuttle bus they claim to have isnt theirs they order it from the airport. 'We got a very dirty room with unsafe plugs sticking out in every room. We travel with kids so we rejected the room. The room goven to us after was in better cindition but also poor cleaning. There was an obvious long period of supervisial cleaning prior. Most corners were just disgusting. Other than hygiene, we absolutely enjoyed the view over the city from the 32nd floor. And the room was very spacious. We loved the 360° view and the bathroom windows! The breakfasy is very nice for sure.'
