Apartment Description

Situated on the first floor of a rustic farmhouse and accessible via external stairs, the apartment combines simplicity with comfort. The living room features a cozy fireplace, a sofa, and an open kitchen with a dining table, creating a welcoming space to relax and unwind.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a compact yet functional bathroom with a shower. Adding to the mountain charm, the apartment boasts beautiful sloped wooden ceilings, enhancing its warm, rustic atmosphere.
The Real Gem
The private garden is a peaceful oasis, perfect for relaxing in the shade of the trees, enjoying outdoor meals, or reading a book while listening to birdsong. The garden also includes a private parking space on the lawn.
The Setting and Surroundings
The apartment is part of a rustic complex that includes three independent units—Luna, Fieno, and Girasole—all available for short-term rentals. While the units share a large fenced area, each apartment has its own private outdoor space.
Just a few meters from the property, the Valsassina cycling path offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in nature and discover the local flavors and traditions. Along the way, you can:

Buy fresh, local products at the Il Frutteto della Valsassina farm shop
Taste local salami and cheese at the Pratobuscante agriturismo

Digital Detox : By choice, the house does not have Wi-Fi or a TV, offering you the chance to truly disconnect. If needed, we can provide a portable Wi-Fi router upon request.
Rustic Charm : This is a stone-built home with an authentic character. Don’t be surprised if a curious spider pops by or if the grass gets your shoes muddy on rainy days!
Local Events : The Pratobuscante area, located 500 meters away, hosts events like the Sagra delle Sagre (mid-August) and the Country Festival (late September). If you enjoy lively activities, these events will make your stay even more special. However, if you seek total peace, you may prefer other times of the year.
Heating : The apartment does not have central heating, but during mid-seasons, we provide electric heaters to ensure your comfort.
