Appartamento Pino Mugo is perfect for families and groups of friends who want to spend a few days in the mountains in a convenient and central location. It is located in the Garden Residence, a building located above the historic Garden Bar, which will soon be renovated and transformed into a hub dedicated to local tourism. During the golden years of Italian music, the Garden Bar had the privilege of hosting illustrious names such as Adriano Celentano and Mina, two icons that marked an era.
The apartment is located on the third floor, accessible by stairs, and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is ideal for families or groups of friends who want accommodation in a very central location.
At your disposal you will have a large apartment consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a cot for a total of 2 additional places, a spacious kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The large terrace, overlooking Via Martiri Patrioti Barziesi, offers a wonderful view of the Grigne group.
The apartment is fully equipped: we provide a set consisting of 3 towels per person and sheets for each bed, washed by a professional laundry. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook, including a small welcome kit with salt, pepper, oil and coffee; in the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. Among the main equipment: internet, TV, washing machine, induction, oven, coffee machine and basic set for cooking at home.
The apartment can be rented together with the other four in the residence: in total, the 5 apartments can accommodate up to 30 people.
The location allows easy access on foot to the central area of the town, where you will find bars, restaurants, shops and services. In addition, you will be a 1-minute walk from the stop of the free shuttle that takes you to the ski lifts.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that has measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. It is part of the NativooForGood project, which promotes the sustainable development of short term rentals on the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
