The space
The main level welcomes you with an open and comfortable layout featuring a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and bright living room with cathedral ceilings, oversized windows, and a cozy gas fireplace.

The home offers plenty of room for families and groups to spread out, with two separate living areas, fast WiFi, games, and multiple levels of sleeping and gathering space.

Downstairs, the finished walkout lower level includes a second living room and bonus sleeping area, making it a great spot for kids, teens, or extra guests to relax after a day on the mountain. While the lower level does not have air conditioning, it stays naturally cool and comfortable year-round.

Upstairs, the private primary bedroom offers a quiet retreat, while the top-floor loft includes additional sleeping space and some of the best views in the house.

**Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite**
A cozy bedroom with a mountain-retreat feel, located on the second level with air conditioning.

**Bedroom 2 – Main-Level Bedroom**
Conveniently located on the main level, making it a great option for guests who prefer fewer stairs. This room is also air-conditioned.

**Bedroom 3 – Loft**
Features two beds and beautiful mountain views. Located on the third level, the loft is also air-conditioned for added comfort.

**Lower Level – Bonus Sleeping Area**
Additional sleeping space located in the lower-level living area. Although this level does not have air conditioning, it stays naturally cool and comfortable year-round.

The home includes two full bathrooms, two living rooms, fast WiFi, in-unit laundry, and air conditioning throughout the first, second, and third levels.
