'We stayed for 2 nights. Upon arriving we immediately noticed mouse traps in every room which was a little unnerving; however, there did not appear to be evidence of live mice in the house. The towels did not smell fresh in downstairs bathroom. And the water pressure was terrible. If the downstairs water was running, there was no water in sink upstairs. There were no bed slats in one bed causing the mattress to fall on floor. Additionally, when we returned one evening, I notified host...

'This property is fabulous and it's on top of a little hill which overlooks BoothBay. Totally renovated. Super cute inside. Has a small living room with a small bar for Happy Hour . Website said breakfast included. Well, I just the a continental...nope...they had a chef which cooked ills a fabulous breakfast. Award winning! Definitely would stay here again but ask for a room in the actual house. Our room was located in adjacent to the house which was still nice but probably nicier if you...

'Good location to downtown and harbor, however the room and hotel are dated and tired. No onsite breakfast and tavern/restaurant were closed during our stay. Parking and desk staff were friendly and helpful.'

'The hotel was in a great location, easy to walk across the bridge to Boothbay harbor. Very walkable. You could sit outside the room and look across the bay. The room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was sufficient. The room had a fridge microwave and coffee maker. If you arrive after 6 pm there is no one at the desk and you have to go next door to their sister hotel to check in.'

'Beautiful place to stay with spectacular views. We stayed in a dog friendly cabin and loved walking the trails. Heated pool was very enjoyable. Great food and bar with a very friendly and helpful staff. Lot’s of things to do with the available boats, paddle boards and games. Trolley to the downtown was fun to use. Hope to return next year.'

'Reasonably clean property but there seemed to be a lot of corners being cut. Checked in at around 10:30 pm after a long cross country flight. There were no sheets on the sofa bed or the comforter pack in either of the two rooms we booked, so we dealt with that. Next morning went in for a shower and the shampoo was all empty - nothing at all. Went downstairs and there were no glasses for water. Overall it is a clean property but has a lot of quality issues in their service. And the staff...
