Hotel op industrieterrein
Bij aankonst waren we te vroeg, vroegen voor het stallen van onze koffers waarna ze ons meededeelde dit niet te hebben. Werden in -12 en sneeuwbui terug gestuurd met onze koffers. Konden wel eerder kamer in maar moesten dan 80CAD betalen. Naderhand gekeken e zagen dat hotel aangeeft wel storage te bieden. Dit verder zo gelaten omdat discussie op achterhand geen nut heeft.

Convenient to get to Barrie, king bed comfortable, the sofa bed mattress not as comfortable but worked. The staff were not overly friendly towards us, they did their job but for instance on paying and I said thanks, no response, smile etc, found this lacking on both checkin, checkout and on duty staff member in cafeteria. On checkin, the lady was a little snarky to the other person behind the counter with her when asked to recheck which rooms had been cleaned and ready. On the bright side, it was Saturday and our stay was quite quiet which was appreciated and the continental breakfast muffins, bagels and pastries where quite fresh and good.

Arrived at 2am and was still able to check in. Clean room with basic breakfast options included (toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal). I would stay here again.

It was clean which a lot of hotels are struggling with these days! And room was exactly as advertised. Very nice hotel. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Pros: Pool, room was quiet as far as outside noise is concerned. Cons: I rented the roman suite because it had a jacuzzi tub but when we got into the room we felt like it just took up too much space and while the room was quiet to outside noise you could definitely tell when the room above you was filling their tub because of the loud running water sound. Also when you spend $400 for two nights you should get a better complimentary breakfast and not have to pay extra for eggs. I feel the cons out weigh the pros for this place so I think I will book someplace else if I return to Barrie

We were not happy with the breakfast the was included with our stay. We also found the room was not very spacious. My husband has mobility issues and the area was small. Tub was not an option, as it was way too high for him to step over. I’m not sure but maybe if I had mentioned my husband’s health issues, there might have been a room more suitable to us.

we booked a two night stay and were pleased with the deluxe Queen suite. Our grand kids enjoyed the pool and we had enough room for a dinner in. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We paid the extra for a step up from the continental breakfast free items offered. The food was tasty and served quickly.

Good spot. Only concern was that we wanted to have a late check out because we were delayed at our hospital visit. Check out was 11:00. To extend 1 hour was free but 2 hours would cost $20.00 per hour.

Friendly service. Convenient location and easy to find. Room is an adequate size and very clean. Down side: requested scent-free. The smell in the room makes it hard to breath and carpets smell like scented perfume powder. Not good for anyone with respiratory or allergy issues. Hoping breakfast is good.

We had one of the older rooms. Our friends had a newer room and it was much nicer. Our room was clean but the bathroom and the furniture were past their life expectancy if you know what I mean.. The bed was not very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. For the price it was perfectly fine. One suggestion, turn the heat down a bit in the pool area, it was almost unbearable to stay in there and watch our kids. Like a sauna!

The hotel was nice, but they just take your desposit and you dont get it back. Its 200$ and if you call they just tell you to call your bank - wouldnt stay here again and definitely wouldnt have stayed had i known theyd steal 200$ from my credit card
