« Friends and family joined me at this lovely villa for two weeks to celebrate a special birthday. I was so happy when we arrived. The location is perfect. The photos on the website were accurate. And more importantly the write up of the villa was spot on. We were able to walk to the beach (about 10-15 minutes) and many restaurants. « Nice house, but the weekdays were full of noise and hinder of the constuction site. After my compaint that this should be mentioned in the advert because of the size and duration of the constuction site ( several blocks and several years). The agent went silent. »

« The good:The property was really clean. Aircon worked great. Pool was fab. Location great. The ladies at Algarve Vacation were quick to respond to emails. Great automatic ice maker.The not so great: The remote control for the gates did not work and apparently Algarve Vacation knew about this as they have had a number of complaints. « We had a lovely week in this villa.Was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed.In a good area within walking distance to supermarkets and eating places.We could even walk to the beach and nearby resort of Prai darocha.Nicely decorated and plenty towels for everyone.A few things need a bit of attention ie,no locks on bathroom doors which caused a bit of a problem as 3 different families with 3 teenagers had a few embarrassing moments.Shower room on the top floor could only be used...

« Villa très bien située pour sillonner l'Algarve proche de toutes les commodités. Elle est située dans un quartier calme avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Maison propre, sécurisée et bien entretenue. Piscine agréable et très bien entretenue. Tout s'est très bien passé. Mériterait peut être un vrai coin repas extérieur avec du meilleur mobilier de jardin, abrité du vent, avec vue sur la piscine. Cela serait un vrai plus ! « Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Schränke leicht modrig. Kleinere Probleme mit den Abflüssen, müssen jeden Tag durchwässert werden, sonst stinkt es. Pool super, Garten sehr sehr gepflegt. Lage: Hinterland, somit dringend Auto nötig. Einkauf in 8 min oder 12 min sehr gut möglich. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. »
