With its spacious rooms, 2,000 m² garden and private swimming pool, it has everything you need to soak up the atmosphere of the Gard.

Fibre broadband, bed linen and towels are provided: all you need to do is unpack your bags.

The property consists of two houses joined together to form a single dwelling, with an internal passageway.

As soon as you step inside, you’ll be charmed by a spacious 60 m² living area, ideal for spending time with family or friends. The property features two fully equipped kitchens, designed to meet all your needs, as well as six comfortable bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The first house is on one level and comprises:
- A 60 m² living area with a TV, sofas and a dining area, plus fans
- A fully equipped kitchen including: a Nespresso machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, a fridge with freezer compartment and a second fridge.
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet and walk-in shower.
- A separate toilet
- A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer
- A large walk-in wardrobe

The second house is spread over two floors and all rooms are air-conditioned. You will find:
On the first floor:
- A fully equipped kitchen including: Nespresso machine, electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fridge-freezer…
- A living area with a TV, sofas and a dining area
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds/pull-out beds
- A shower room with shower, washing machine and toilet
- A games room and a study area

On the second floor:
- Bedroom 5: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 6: two single beds
- A shower room with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A private (unheated) swimming pool measuring 10 × 3.5 m, open from May to September and secured by a roller shutter. Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions.
- In the single-storey house, a shaded terrace
- A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of 2,000 m² with outdoor furniture (tables and chairs for 12 people, a bench and garden furniture)
- A 28 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days (table with 6 chairs, sofa and coffee table). Access is via the first floor.
- Security cameras are installed at the entrance and at the rear of the property. They are systematically deactivated during guests’ stays.
- Parties are not permitted; the house is non-smoking indoors.

Set in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, this accommodation offers easy access to shops, restaurants, bars and the weekly Friday market. Not to mention the famous Barjac flea market, held twice a year.

- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Although the property does not have PRM certification, the single-storey house may be accessible to people with reduced mobility.
