'Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. Couldn't recommend enough'

'It’s uphill comparing to the other places in the center but so accessible for parking just Nextdoor though. And also Estacion de zabalburu is 5 minutes walk which is faster & easier to connect to the Intermodal bus station for the airport bus which you need not wait under the rain by the bus stop. And the fresh products buffet is AMAZING, not to mention all the smiley helping staff. No cattle in the room but coffee tea by the bar 24/24 next to the counter.'
