The approximately 75 sqm ground floor apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds, suitable for hosting 4 people, a bathroom with toilet, shower cabin, hairdryer, washing machine. The spacious living area includes a kitchenette with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee machine, and a living area with dining table, sofa, TV (no sat), air conditioning (in the double bedroom), wifi. Near the residence, there is a public parking where you can park your car. Smoking is prohibited in the house. Pets are not allowed.
