Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans cet appartement trĂšs propre, trĂšs bien placĂ© pour dĂ©couvrir la ville ( mĂ©tro L3 Ă  5 mn), dans un quartier calme, joliment dĂ©corĂ© et bien Ă©quipĂ©. La description correspond tout Ă  fait, pas de mauvaise surprise ! Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Vitor bien que nous ayons une heure de retard Ă  l’arrivĂ©e Ă  cause de notre train. Merci Ă  Sara, notre hĂŽte, pour sa rĂ©activitĂ© Ă  chaque fois que nous avions des questions avant et pendant le sĂ©jour. Une excellente adresse oĂč nous serions ravis de revenir
 We had a very pleasant stay in this very clean apartment, very well placed for exploring the city (metro L3 5 minutes away), in a quiet area, nicely decorated and well equipped. The description matches completely, no bad surprises! We were very well received by Vitor although we were an hour late arriving due to our train. Thanks to Sara, our host, for her responsiveness every time we had questions before and during the stay. An excellent address where we would be delighted to return

I was very happy with everything to do with my stay. The property is close enough to the major attractions and city center that you can get there quickly but far enough away that city noise is kept to a minimum. You are in. Building with other people and will be able to hear them but for the most part, the neighbors were quiet. They provided everything I needed plus some extras and I felt safe and comfortable staying there. I recommend this listing to others.

Though this apartment is out of the main tourist areas of El Born and the Gothic Quarter, its location is excellent. Close to a couple of metro stations, making it quick to get to any tourist bits you want to see, and near to the slightly quirkier and cosier area of Gracia. The apartment itself was well supplied (and a nice bottle of Cava in the fridge). The only issue was that the mattress was on the very firm side and we actually struggled to sleep because of that - an optional memory foam mattress topper would vastly improve it. Despite this, we really enjoyed our time there!

We loved the location of this property; with it being a little bit outside of the hub bub of the city where it was more quiet, but with easy access to the metro to get anywhere we wanted to go. The check-in process was super smooth, and the host was always very attentive. Would stay there again!

My guy and I thoroughly enjoyed this charming apartment in Gracia neighborhood. The neighborhood itself was really convenient if we wanted to take the Metro but we actually did lots and lots of walking! Would definitely recommend this spot as the host and her greeter when we arrived were both very easy to reach and communicate with.

We just loved this little apartment! Nothing about it felt cramped, despite it not being more than 500 sq ft. The fully stocked kitchen allowed me to cook meals to my dietary needs, but there were many lovely restaurants nearby, and a charming culture to the classy area around this apartment. I loved the washer and dryer being there as I could pack light, knowing that I was able to do laundry. They supply 2 laundry soap pods, but there is a 24hr tiny store across the street where you can get more laundry detergent tablets. There is also a high quality little grocery store just kitty-corner from the apartment. Larger grocery stores like Dia or Condis are a little further away, but very walkable. The VRBO host was great at communicating and everything for check in and check out was smooth. The only downside to this place is that the bedroom has no window, so it can be dark in the mornings. We would love to come back to Barcelona and stay in this apartment again! Five stars all around!

We enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated the amenities. The bed was comfortable. The neighbourhood had supermarkets and some restaurants. If you want to stay away from the tourist areas this is a great spot. It was easy to get a taxi and public transportation.

The apartment had everything we needed, the kitchen is well stocked with appliances, the bed was comfy and it’s really nicely decorated. It’s in a great location, close to shops, supermarkets, cafes and tourist attractions. The owner has great communication and Viviana who greeted us was very nice. There was also a bottle of Cava in the fridge waiting for us which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend and would stay again

The property was beautiful and clean and perfect. The staff and communication was exceptional, just perfecto!! Also a generous treat tye host had sparkling wine chilled in the frig for my father and I, so lovely and turns out just what we needed ;) thank you so much, I hope to be back.

Overall, this was a good experience, the apartment itself is small but has everything needed, and is in an excellent location. Only downside is the noise from upstairs. The soundproofing is limited, and you can hear every footstep.

This property has it all, it's conveniently located only a 2 minute walk from multiple public transport stops (metros bus train). Check-in at the property was super easy and we were able to keep constant communication with the host as we made our way into the city. everything was clean and tidy inside, a nice private little apartment. the TV is a smart TV too which isn't a big deal when on holiday but it was great for relaxing in the evenings. There's a 24 hour supermarket across the road too, it's only small but very convenient.

Ubicacion: muy bien localizado, barrio de Gracia con mucho comercio local y Metro L3 con acceso rapido a los lugares turisticos y centricos de la ciudad. Contacto: Atento y pendiente de cualquier necesidad. Comunicacion efectiva y fluida. Lugar: Apartamento diseñado con gusto, practico y limpio. Todo funcionaba correctamente y la cama era comoda. Pudimos trabajar ahi sin problemas y la conexion WiFi funcionaba muy bien.

The property is located in a nice area of Gracia. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The check-in process was very simple and Jessica, who met and help us with the checking process was in time and very helpful with suggestions about the area and the city. Das Apartement ist klein, soweit ganz nett, ruhig, in der NĂ€he zu Gracia und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, doch etwas dunkel. Soweit gut bis sehr gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Trockner, SpĂŒlmaschine). Check-in unkompliziert, wenn etwas ist, sollten wir uns melden. Nun, das Waschbecken im Bad war von Anfang an verstopft. Wir haben angerufen, eine Nachricht hinterlassen, ein email geschrieben (von dem wir nicht wissen, ob es angekommen ist; ĂŒber das Buchungssystem konnten wir nicht schreiben, da der Login nicht funktionierte, ĂŒberraschenderweise kann ich jetzt aber darĂŒber diese Rezension schreiben). Insgesamt keine Reaktion. Als wir das Waschmittel in die Waschmaschine einfĂŒllen wollten, hatten wir die Frontabdeckung in der Hand, die frĂŒher bereits geklebt wurde. Eine Herdplatte funktionierte nicht, der Drehregler fĂŒr den Ventilator hatte keine Plastikkappe mehr, also nicht richtig bedienbar, etc. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt durchaus sehr beeintrĂ€chtigt, da man zumindest verlangen kann, dass das Wasser im Waschbecken abfließt. Beim Check-out haben wir noch einmal ein SMS geschrieben (der Weg ĂŒber den wir bereits vorher kommuniziert haben), doch sie ahnen es bereits: Keine Reaktion. Von uns deshalb nicht zu empfehlen.
