Grace is a lovely neighborhood located in the city center of the city and full of streets only for pedestrians. Less noise and more life in the streets. It has some of the best bars and restaurants in the city, affordable and very different and unique. It is full of squares and walking areas and everything two minutes away from Paseo de Gracia and ten minutes away from Plaza Cataluña by tube.

The green, yellow and blue subway lines are located four minutes away, plus several buses that will bring you everywhere in a few seconds.

Wonderful place to stay in Barcelona

The apartment was exactly as it was described in the ad. I would even say that in reality it looked much nicer than in the pictures. It is very cosy and spacious and has a home-away-from-home feel. The owner, Elena, was very friendly and welcomed us herself when we arrived. She responded very quickly to any questions and even sent us some tips during our stay. Great value for money in a city like Barcelona, very nice neighbourhood and near metro station Diagonal from where you can easily visit every part of the city.

Beautiful area in Grazia

It was a perfect stay!. It was right near so many places to eat and see. Two of the Gaudi sites were right near by, the restaurants were amazing, and it was easy to walk to places. Would go back! Elena was a wonderful host!

Elena es una anfitriona excelente! Es de una amabilidad única! Esté pendiente de que la estadía sea muy agradable. Te da recomendaciones de cómo ubicarse en la zona. Su apartamente es perfecto! Esta muy buen situado, muy cerca de todos los situos turísticos y del metro.El apartamento es muy cómodo, amplio y se duerme delic ioso. Elena, mil gracias por tu generosidad... y tu recibimiento con el atún fue un toque muy especial! Si volvemos a Barcelona, sin duda nos volveremos a quedar ahí!

Charming flat with an amazing host

Elena truly was an amazing host, from local restaurant recommendations to helping us find a dentist when my friend lost her crown. She was very communicative through our entire stay. The place was quite large compared to other places we’ve stayed in Europe. The location was good, we were able to walk to most places. I would stay here again.

Posizione strategica ma tranquilla

La casa di Elena è perfetta per un soggiorno a Barcellona. La posizione è strategica perché a due passi dal Paseo de Gràcia ma in una stradina davvero tranquilla. La casa ha tutto quel che serve per un piacevole soggiorno e Elena è molto gentile è disponibile in italiano e via messaggi. Consigliato.

Very comfortable

This is the second time we have stayed at Elena's apartment in Barcelona. She is a great host who is easy to communicate with and provides everything her guests need. The apartment is large, clean and in a great location. We just walk out the door to all the lovely main streets of Barcelona or walk to the metro station which is very close. Barcelona is one of our favorite cities and Elena always makes our stay enjoyable!

De très bonnes vacances

Nous rentrons de Barcelone où nous avons passé d'agréables moments. Au delà de la visite des différents sites touristiques, l'emplacement du logement était idéal. C était la festa de Gracia et nous avons pu profiter des différentes animations et admirer les différentes rues. En ce qui concerne l'appartement rien à dire, très fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé. Quant à Elena, c est vraiment une personne gentille, nous sommes arrivés avec une heure de retard mais elle n a rien dit et a pris plusieurs fois de nos nouvelles pendant le séjour. De plus, elle nous a très bien accueillis et avait préparer un plan avec des restaurants sympa que nous avons bien-sûr tester. À notre prochain voyage à Barcelone, nous n'hésiterons pas à louer ce même appartement.

Everything was great. We did not meet the owner in person but she sent her father to let us into the flat and she provided everything we could possibly need. The flat was large and clean and in a perfect location for walking in town and taking buses and trains. We would definitely contact her and return.

Appartamento in posizione centrale, a due minuti dalla fermata metro Diagonal. Appartamento trendy, pulito e con tutto il necessario dalla cucina alla biancheria. Elena, la proprietaria è molto disponibile e simpatica.In 20 minuti a piedi si arriva alla Rambla. nelle vicinanze supermarket, ristoranti, farmacie..tutto Unica pecca...finestra dell a cucina rotta...che magari da maggio in avanti va anche bene...:) Comunque appartamento consigliato. Ci ritornerei...:) Noemi
