The space

Apartment located in the Gothic Quarter, with a surface area of 85 m²
and capacity for 6 guests.

This unique and charming apartment features three double bedrooms and
two bathrooms with showers. It has two kitchens: a main kitchen and an
auxiliary one, both fully equipped with a toaster, kettle, coffee
machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven. One kitchen uses gas and
the other induction.

Air conditioning is available in the living room and in two of the
bedrooms. There is also a study area on the upper level.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator. There are
approximately 30 steps to reach the apartment.

Important information before booking

Towels, bed linen, and toilet paper are included upon arrival.
Replacement or changes during the stay are not included.

Baby crib:

Price: €30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed. Guests must request it
24–48 hours in advance and, if available, it will be provided.

Extra guest:

Each additional guest not included in the reservation will be charged
€10 per night.

Late check-in:

Check-in hours: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday (please
contact us if you wish to check in earlier).

Outside these hours, a €30 cash fee applies. After 10:00 PM, the fee is
€50.

On local or national holidays and weekends: €30 until 10:00 PM, €50
after 10:00 PM.

On 25/12, 26/12, and 01/01: €40 until 10:00 PM, €60 after 10:00 PM.

The applicable Barcelona Tourist Tax will be charged (€6.25 per person
per night, for guests over 16 years old, up to 7 nights).

Smoking is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Any evidence of
smoking inside the apartment (including balconies) will result in
immediate eviction and a minimum fine of €400.

Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. If a complaint is
received or police/security/neighbors intervene, a €500 fine will apply
(in addition to any police fines).

Guest access

The apartment is for guests’ exclusive use.
