GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
- The house is located in the heart of the city of Badalona, surrounded by all kinds of services such as theaters, parks, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and leisure areas. All very well connected.
- Just fifteen minutes on foot, you will find the sea, with its incredible beaches, promenades and beach bars where you can enjoy both day and night.
- During the summer, all the surrounding towns celebrate their local festivals. Many events are organized and the atmosphere is fantastic with fireworks, delicious meals, concerts, etc.
- You will also find yourself very close to Barcelona, a beautiful city with many activities to do and buildings and monuments to visit.

HOW TO MOVE
- The Barcelona-El Prat airport is half an hour away by car. To get to the house you must take the B-10 road and then the C-31.
- To arrive by train from the airport you must take the A2 bus line, to the stop "Plaza Universidad", and then take the L2 metro line to the stop "Pompeu Fabra". The duration of this journey is longer and is usually around one hour and fifteen minutes. The metro stop is a few meters from the house.
OTHER ESSENTIAL ASPECTS
- Smoking in any apartment will incur an additional charge of one extra night.
- Take into account that arrivals between 07:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. have an additional supplement of €25. Tickets between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. have an additional supplement of €50. In both cases it will be charged in cash upon arrival. No entries will be made after 12:00 a.m.; guests will have to wait until 9:30 a.m., when the office reopens.
- Upon arrival, you must pay a tourist tax of € 1 per night per person, due to the rules established by the government of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
- In the moment to do the check-in, adults and children will have to identify by means of ID card, NIE, PASSPORT or FAMILY BOOK.
