Hotel très propre et très bien entretenu, le service et le personnel sont à la hauteur des 5 étoiles, service de parking avec voiturier ce qui est rare à Barcelone, tout est au top, un vrai palace!

We are sorry that you felt the price was unfair for the parking: as much as we wished to offer it complimentary, please take into account that the car park does not belong to the hotel, as the limitations of the building do not allow us to do so. Furthermore, when parking with the hotel you obtain a reduced price than if you would park it yourself, as well as a complimentary valet service which is an extra you are not required to pay for. Cadre intérieur exceptionnel. Personnel attentif et très aimable. Un micro-bémol écologique : l'eau qui met du temps à arriver chaude (3-4 minutes) dans la salle de bain. Mais c'était peut-être lié à l'absence de clientèle à cette époque creuse.

Always a five star property complete with eager staff always willing to fill your needs and requests promptly! Also several small coffee and sandwich shops close for little snacks and affordable meals. The view along the boulevard is most desirable and definitely a plus. The VIP offering of 55 Euro is a bonus amenity.

Fabulous hotel excellently run by helpful, efficient and polite staff. A beautiful building with an interesting history. Palacial and very comfortable. Food was fantastic as was the service. We had three breakfasts and two evening meals all were great. This is the place to come for a special treat to feel special and worth every penny. No hidden charges.

Bin seit langem mal wieder begeistert von einem Hotel. Da ich selbst lange Zeit in der Branche gearbeitet habe und auch weiß worauf es ankommt, bin ich zugegebenermaßen manchmal sehr kritisch. Wichtiger als die Einrichtung, die einfach nur grandios ist, war mir der Service und die Aufmerksamkeit des freundlichen Personals. Ich habe leider oft erleben müssen, dass man sehr viel Geld bezahlt und sich nicht wert geschätzt fühlt. Hier ist das anders. Nicht nur die Einrichtung ist hier Old school (im positiven Sinne) sondern auch die Manieren und die Aufmerksamkeit. Genauso wie ich es mag. Perfekt!

Our new favorite hotel in Barcelona. Will definitely choose El Palace for our next trip to Barcelona. Great service in a beautiful hotel. We also got a very beautiful room. So all in all very happy with our stay.
