I recently stayed at your hotel and while there were some positive aspects, my overall experience was quite disappointing. I wanted to bring these issues to your attention in the hope that they will be addressed. First, I booked my stay about a month in advance and emailed the hotel to request a twin bed room, but I received no response. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the smell of smoke from guests at the main entrance. When I inquired again about a twin bed room at check-in, I was informed it would cost an additional €70 per night. This was beyond my budget, and although I appreciated being offered a king-size bed instead, the lack of response to my initial request was disappointing. The room itself was satisfactory, but I was surprised to find that there were no slippers. When I called to request some, I was told the hotel had run out. It is quite unexpected for a 5-star hotel to run out of such basic amenities. The concrete floors without carpeting made this even more uncomfortable. Additionally, the noise from the room above us was a significant disturbance. For three nights, I was kept awake by the sound of someone walking around in high heels. This severely impacted my sleep and overall experience. Moreover, the staff at checkout were not friendly, further contributing to my sense that I was not staying at a 5-star establishment. I have stayed at other Hyatt properties before and have always had positive experiences, so I found these issues particularly disappoi

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und Modern. Die Lobby und die Restaurants sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Premium Zimmer gebucht und haben ein falsches Zimmer bekommen. Erst nach meiner Nachfrage, ob das Zimmer auch stimmt wurde nochmal geprüft, ob wir das richtige Zimmer bekommen haben. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hatte uns auch noch gefragt, ob wir auf eine Junior Suit upgraden wollen- deshalb glaube ich nicht, dass die richtige Zimmerkategorie übersehen wurde! Den Fehler wollten die Mitarbeiter aber erst einsehen nachdem ich wirklich auf die Prüfung bestanden habe.

Came to Barcelona to celebrate my 60th birthday. As soon as we got out of our Taxi a staff member was welcoming us and grabbing our bags. Front desk Ana gave us excellent service. Concierge staff was extremely helpful with our plans for Barcelona. Paul and Isac are the best in giving you the best ideas to see the city. We had a wonderful time and will come back to this hotel.
