Joli studio entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© et Ă  seulement 10 minutes Ă  pied de la Plaza Cataluña ou des Ramblas, avec de superbes vues de Sant Antoni de marchĂ© dans le quartier de l'Eixample. Le studio est situĂ© au premier Ă©tage (principal) d'un immeuble sans ascenseur. Depuis l'appartement donne sur le marchĂ© du XIXĂšme siĂšcle, les vues ouvertes permettent le soleil passer Ă  travers la fenĂȘtre du balcon le matin et une lumiĂšre agrĂ©able pendant la journĂ©e.

L'appartement a été récemment rénové, avec une haute qualité et des matériaux modernes, mais chaudes comme microconcret et du parquet. EntiÚrement équipé: cuisine complÚte, salle à manger pour deux ou quatre, lave-linge, sÚche-linge, et une salle-de-moderne et confortable. Tous les détails ont été soigneusement choisis.

quartier de Sant Antoni est un quartier typique oĂč vous pourrez dĂ©couvrir la vraie vie Ă  Barcelone avec beaucoup d'endroits pour manger "tapas" (en particulier Ă  la nouvelle barre de Ferran AdriĂ , seulement quatre pĂątĂ©s de maisons), d'avoir un bon dĂźner ou boire un merveilleux vin espagnol. Cela ne veut pas une zone touristique (encore) les prix ne sont pas fous, les boulangeries offrent du vrai pain et le bar Ă  tapas cachĂ©s ne sont pas dĂ©modĂ© ou dĂ©licat. Ils ont Ă©tĂ© ici toujours. Il est l'un de nos trĂ©sors locaux.

Nous encourageons les clients à découvrir les performances alimentaires Ferran Adrià. Essayez de faire vos propres tapas dans la petite cuisine bien équipée. Il y a un marché temporaire, tout un pùté de maisons, tandis que St. marché Antoni est en cours de rénovation. Là, vous pouvez obtenir toutes sortes de produits frais alimentaires ou charcuterie dans les magasins autour de l'appartement. Vous obtiendrez une longue liste de lieux étonnants prÚs de lui.

En outre, l'emplacement vous permet de marcher à peu prÚs partout. Rejoindre facilement le centre de la Plaça Catalunya de ville et de visiter tous les moûts de Gaudi. Promenez-vous dans le quartier du Raval et d'apprendre à Ramblas et du marché de la Boqueria. Promenez-vous dans le quartier des théùtres, parallÚle, du port et de la promenade du port de plaisance. Ou marcher jusqu'à Montjuïc à une journée entiÚre de musées impressionnants et des jardins.

Parfait-parfait-parfait!

La localisation de l’appartement est parfaite: devant le magnifique marchĂ© St Antoni. Nous avons pu connaĂźtre la vie de quartier dans cette zone moins touristique mais bien vivante. L’appartement est trĂšs fonctionnel pour 2 personnes. À recommander sans hĂ©sitation!

This place had everything we needed. We especially loved the washer/dryer as we had been on a weeklong hiking trip. Very easy access to the subway. We were able easily explore the city this way.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment is located right in the middle of so many great restaurants. We didn’t plan on any specific outings before hand so we did end up walking long distances so be prepared if you want to see all the typical sights. But overall, we would definitely recommend!

Amazing central location

Just spent 3 nights at this apartment and it was truly a wonderful stay. The location is perfect. We walked to everything and really enjoyed immersing ourselves in the local atmosphere. Loved watching the locals of all ages go about their daily business - walking their dogs and doing their shopping at the Sant Antoni market. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with everything you could possibly need. Mar was an amazing hostess with great instructions, recommendations, and always willing to help with anything.

Wonderful Mar

What an incredible experience in Barcelona. Mar went above and beyond from the very beginning. We had difficulty getting into the apartment, only because we weren’t tech savvy and Mar assisted us. The apartment was perfect-from the location, to the cleanliness to the size. Wonderful washer/dryer. 2 units, not combination. The Sant Antoni market was across the street. I loved the neighborhood. A real gem! Thank you Mar for your hospitality!

Great apartment in excellent location

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Mar’s apartment. It has all the necessities and is in a great location right across from the Sant Antoni market, near the metro. Mar is very detailed and responsive, which made us more comfortable, knowing that Mar was there to address questions or issues at any time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great location in a laid back neighborhood!

Fabulous location!

What a delight to stay across the street from Sant Antoni Market! The apartment is compact & cozy. There's literally a wonderful coffee shop next door and several doors down, a great bakery. After a month traveling & staying in a variety of places, this was by far the easiest apartment to access, thanks to new technology on smart phones. Mar was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, whether about the apartment or where to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Barcelona Hideaway

If you are traveling alone or as a duo and want an off-the-beaten-track place, check this place out. In a quiet residential area of Barcelona, definitely not in main tourist zones, but definitely walkable to many markets, restaurants and shops. Mostly accurate on listing, except issues with not enough hot water for shower. No first aid kit and AC leaked on shop below, so had to put a pot under it to catch water and apologize to store owner. Communications with owner good, but nothing resolved during stay, except hopefully all fixed for next person. Owner said you have to take very short shower; turn off water, soap up and then turn on to rinse off, but even then I ran out of hot water. If you want paper towels, you have to buy your own or only use leftovers from last visitor. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen had all that I needed. Nice little balcony. Unit is on "first floor" --which is second floor to USA- and NO elevator. There were 23 steps to get up to first floor unit. Liked check in (solo, no one there) and used app to open street and apartment doors. OK place.

Delivered as Promised

The studio is exactly as Mar describes it. It looks a bit small in the picture, but that is not the case. It's quite roomy and well planned with good storage for clothes and your other necessities. The location is great. It has numerous bakeries, cafes, grocery stores, and shopping adventures surrounding the apartment. Mar goes above and beyond her hosting duties. She recommended local restaurants attractions and even reserved a taxi for me to the airport for the morning I was leaving. I highly recommend the apartment and location. I will definitely stay with Mar in her studio apartment should I find myself again in Barcelona.

Beautiful Apartment in a Perfect Location

The apartment is updated and modern, with AC and new appliances. The neighborhood (Sant Antoni) is central to Barcelona-- a good base to explore this wonderful city-- relaxed, with good restaurants and bars, and with a friendly atmosphere. The owner (Mar) is a very special person-- a good communicator in English or Spanish-- helpful, considerate, and attentive.

Hot water is not working properly, cleaning is terrible, water is getting stuck in the shower, cockroaches in the property including wall way in the building and double tax tourist was change.

Great Space, Excellent Management, in a Fantastic Location!

The stay was perfect! Management was incredibly communicative, friendly, and helpful with great suggestions for getting situated, getting around, and places to explore. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-outfitted, and is in a great safe area. It's close to the metro, quality eateries, nice local shops, and the impressive Sant Antoni market next door. The perfect starting point for our adventures and a perfect space to unwind at the end of the day. Would strongly recommend and would stay again!!
