Apartment of 60m2 located next to the Feria de Barcelona - Gran Via. This apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and it is fully equipped to satisfy all the needs that the guests can have. The apartment has 3 bedrooms -one with double queen size bed, other with two twin beds and the third one with a single bed- a living room, an independent fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom. This apartment is located on the second floor and you can use the elevator. It is equipped with a very fast free WIFI connection.



From December 15th to 22nd 2025, maintenance work will be carried out on the stairwells throughout the building. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that the disruption will be minimal, but we felt it was important to give you advance notice.

Ways of payment:The remaining amount can be done in cash or by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) at the day of arrival.

Deposit:The deposit has to be done by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and will be re-deposited at the day of departure or the following working day in case of a Sunday or bank holiday. In exceptional cases, you will be able to pay the security deposit in cash and will be returned on departure day by our agent between 9:00 and 11:00 (service cost 30 euros).

Cleaning service:The client may hire a cleaning service, under express conset of the client.
