Breathtaking views and 2 swimming pools

The house:
Les Vinyes Allotjament is a house located in the municipality of Subirats, which is the vineyard capital of the Alt Penedés region.

It is located in La Guardia, at the top of the Sant Pau d'Ordal village, so it offers spectacular views.

It has a capacity for 8 people. It also has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a living room with Smart Tv and a beautiful dining room with panoramic views of the vineyards.

We have built a GYM with SAUNA and a beautiful INDOOR SWIMMING POOL WITH HEATED WATER at about 30Cº (for security reasons the sauna must be requested when the reservation is made and it will have an extra charge).

Outside you will find a solarium overlooking the vineyards, a swimming pool with changing room and bathroom. It also has a porch area with a gas barbecue and a small chill-out to relax.

We have a parking for 1 vehicle.

Our accommodation is very special to us because we have worked hard to build it.

The surroundings offer an endless number of activities: 4X4 routes through the Penedés, buggy routes, bicycle routes, visits to ecological cellars, hiking routes, gastronomic visits, etc.

We collaborate with different entities in the area that can offer us tailor-made activities.

Les Vinyes Allotjament wants to be a reference for guests who would like to relax and spend a few days with their families or friends while being surrounded by nature.

Recommendations: Restaurants: Cal Pau Xic, Cal Cim and Cal Pere del Maset.

To keep in mind:

- The swimming pool lights are automatic and will be open until 23h.

- The wellness area (spa + gym + indoor pool) will be closed two hours a day for maintenance (from 9h to 11h) (Availability upon request)

- Sauna not included in the reservation. (On request.)

- The use of the sauna will be free upon request 1 hour per day.

- Parties, bachelor parties or similar celebrations are strictly prohibited

-Persons other than those registered on the reservation are not allowed to come into the property.

*The minimum age to make a reservation is 35 years old.The sauna is charged at 15€ for 1.5 h of use.

Pets are allowed on request.





Important:*The guest will receive a link where he/she will have to pay the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).

In the same link also, you will have to register each guest, add your personal data and sign the contract prior to arrival.

*Late check-in has an additional cost of 35€ from 20h to 22h or 50€ from 22h to 00h.
