« This was a beautiful place in a secluded nature spot by the river "run". We enjoyed the sounds of the song birds and water rushing by as we sat on the comfort of the covered deck watching the butterflies and birds. It was a great "unplug" time to relax in a beautiful location. The photos represent the space very well. »

« We had a great time getting away and having a secluded, private and peaceful place to stay. We drove around Shenandoah’s Sky Line Dr and came back to amazing weather and spent a few hours in the hot tub. Accessing the property was easy peasy and the property manager was super quick to respond to any questions. Very relaxing, exactly what we needed! « We were attending a wedding nearby and wanted a quiet, relaxing place to stay. Farmview cottage was perfect! The cottage was well maintained and had everything we needed for a short stay. We wished we could've explored the Zen Barn but it was occupied by a group. Some of the cats on the property gave us a tour of the other neat spots like the boat with the sitting area on top and the sauna. All in all, a great experience! »

« Beautiful natural surroundings are the focal point of this property. Time well spent on the porch in the mornings and evenings with coffee and the birds happily chirping. White oaks, lob lolly pines, and tulip trees encircle the property. Perfect in every way. »

« The property was beautiful and looked exactly as it appeared in the description. It had nice new appliances and everything was nice and clean. It took us a while to figure out how to work the fireplace, but once we did the cabin was nice and toasty. The only downfall was that the hot tub was not working and available and that was what we were both looking forward to using. However, we enjoyed ourselves and this was a memorable experience. « This location is off a dirt road off another dirt road - - it's rural, which improved our quality of star gazing! Also, the fire pit was lovely. Be sure to get extra wood from the host. This is not the Ritz-Carlton but it's a great place to stay if you are heading into Shenandoah Park via the Spotswood Trail, Route 33. We enjoyed our visit here. »
