Interior:
The villa is arranged over two floors. GROUND FLOOR: Loft-style open space (unheated) with kitchen, dining and living area featuring vaulted stone walls; wellness suite (unheated) with Turkish bath, shower, guest WC and loungers. FIRST FLOOR: Accessed via an internal pietra serena staircase, it includes two separate wings. One wing includes a living room with fireplace, dining area and kitchenette; two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with bathtub; laundry room. The second wing includes a reading room; two double bedrooms with divisible bed; shared bathroom with bathtub. A further double bedroom (unheated) with en-suite bathroom with shower is accessible only via an external staircase.

Park:
The garden of about 3000 square meters. that surrounds the villa enjoys a splendid view of Florence and the hills of the Florentine Chianti. In the garden are carefully cultivated olive trees and fruit trees, mulberries, holm oaks and is enriched with rosemary hedges, grape pergolas, wisteria and roses equipped with dining areas and seating areas. A stone barbecue is available a few steps from the house.NB: It should be noted that the photo shoots are usually made in spring, therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different at the time of your entry into the villa.

Pool:

Beautiful property

The views from the property are just as shown in the pictures. The home is at the top of a hill, so the views are absolutely beautiful and scenic. One of the main reasons we rented was because of the stone kitchen and it was even better than pictured. The owner was kind enough to leave us pasta which certainly helped on the first night. Looking forward to renting there again soon.
